Gravimetric In-line Dosing Systems
OGA has developed solid handling systems that, in a gravimetric manner, determine the performance of continuous production processes and, according to the parameters required by the pre-programmed process, generate the continuous addition and mixing of other minor components, which also have weight dosing control. Central Weighing and Dosing of Solids
– Weight measurement in silos for inventory determination of raw material, as a confirmation model for received product, and traceability of material delivered to production lines.
– Inclusion of recipes via software where defined weights of addition by raw material and discharge times to the mixing process are determined. Once the system enters automatic operation, the OGA system performs the dosing of each component, generating the report of (Target Weight, Delivered Weight, Shift Operator, Dosing Time, Manufactured Batch, among other variables included in the control such as temperature, pressure, etc.).
