Our systems also include solutions such as powdered milk gassing systems, guaranteeing oxygen residue of less than 1% at the point of delivery to packaging machines.
Currently, OGA has successfully implemented its pneumatic conveying systems for powdered milk
in major drying companies in Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. These systems support applications up to 15 tons per hour and transport distances of up to 126 horizontal meters.
One of the main benefits of our pneumatic conveying systems for the powdered milk industry is the high prevention of product oxidation during transport. Most of our projects use the dense phase transport modality, ensuring the minimal amount of air in the process to prevent product oxidation.
In gassing systems, material movement is achieved by implementing an inert gas that displaces the material inside the pipe over medium and long distances. This ensures that the milk maintains its properties and does not degrade due to exposure to air.
