OGA has successfully implemented multiple applications for the pneumatic transport of Chemical, Petrochemical, and Mineral materials. These include challenging products such as materials with very high densities (greater than 2 kg/l) and others with very low particle sizes (less than 1 micron). OGA has demonstrated expertise in handling these materials through various phases of pneumatic transport: dilute phase, dense phase, dense phase under vacuum or pressure.
Our rigorous continuous improvement process in engineering models, specifically tailored for the chemical industry, ensures the safe handling of granular or powder products with high risk and toxicity, including explosive components.

Secure Systems
The OGA systems feature a strict and human-friendly design, coupled with the handling of materials such as detergents, fertilizers, phytosanitary products, polyamides, powder paint, insecticides, and herbicides, which require developments with a high level of safety in transport and handling.
Commonly intervened processes include the feeding of drafting equipment, dissolution tanks, turbo-mixers, packers, and storage silos. Thanks to the acquired experience, we have the capability to handle materials with high levels of abrasiveness through closed pipelines, ensuring low wear and tear on the systems and their components.
Upon customer request, our applications comply with ATEX regulations or areas classified under IECEx, NFPA explosion-proof standards, resulting in intrinsically safe systems.
